Verified feedback from our students and members.

“He sincerely cares about the students learning journey and has helped me continue to reach personal bests.”

There is much more to say but for now I’ll say that while I still have a lot to learn I am considerably more confident in my breathing, relaxation , strength, situational awareness, and “conflict resolution” skills.

— Thomas H.

“So glad I found this place! Sasha (owner and instructor) is a great teacher and very knowledgeable.”

He makes everyone feel comfortable, and challenges people in a supportive atmosphere. He does restoration exercises after class, whether breathing or stretching- very helpful. There are no contracts and the price is more than reasonable.

 — Maria MR.

“Love this school. The teacher can be tough, can be gentle, is often funny and engaging.”

He has inspired our daughter to push herself when challenged... in a way that works with her personality. I particularly like that there’s no “hard sell.”
